You (the Grantor) hereby grant Midland Vending Supplies (the Agent), with the right of termination at any time, the right to install vending machines at the designated premises at no cost whatsoever. The machines remain the property of Midland Vending Supplies at all time.

The sum of 25% of the net sales to be paid to the Grantor each time the machine(s) are cashed up.

The Agent accepts full responsibility with regards to theft or damage to the machine(s).

The Grantor agrees not to consent to any other vending machines containing similar products to be installed at the designated premises.

The Grantor will contact the Agent to request refills should the vending machine(s) become empty between the Agents regular calls.
