Delivery Policy
Delivery costs start from £5.95 + vat per 25kg depending on your postcode area, as defined by our
couriers Fastway Couriers Ltd and will either be £5.95 or £7.95 (A list of post code area's for
£5.95 and £7.95 delivery is available upon request).
Any delivery overseas or within Great Britain but outside the UK, such as Jersey and Guernsey,
will need to be arranged prior to the order being shipped. The charge will be dependant upon
destination and the volumetric size of the package, so we will contact you to agree the final
delivery charge before the order is shipped. Alternatively, feel free to contact us prior to
placing the order to receive a delivery quote.
At Midland Vending Supplies Ltd, we aim to dispatch any product ordered before 2:30pm on
any business day (Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays) to be delivered by 5:30pm the
following business day if using the £5.95 service or within 2 days if your postcode is within
the £7.95 service (providing that the item is in stock).
Deliveries to Non UK addresses (including Northern Ireland) are classed as international
delivery, and as such cannot be delivered next day.
Orders taken after 2:30pm will be dispatched the next day. Any order made on a Friday after
2:30pm will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holiday's) for delivery Tuesday.
Though every effort is made by Midland Vending Supplies Ltd & its couriers to achieve
next day / 2 day delivery , the standard delivery charge does not guarantee this goal.
Midland Vending Supplies Ltd relies upon the services of a third party courier. There
are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are
required to. Though this happens rarely, it does occur, and we cannot be held responsible for
the late delivery of an item.
It is not always possible to manage next day delivery to non-mainland UK. This is dependant on
the accessibility of your address.
If you require a tracking number for your delivery, this can be obtained after 4pm on the
day of dispatch by emailing us on sales@midlandvendingsupplies.co.uk or by calling the office on 0161 745
9966. The tracking number supplied can be entered on our couriers website www.fastwaycouriers.co.uk
to track your delivery.
Returns
If your machine or stock purchase arrives damaged, or we have sent you the wrong item by mistake,
you can return it to us clearly stating the problem and whether you would like a replacement
copy or a refund. Please mark the package "Orders Returns”. We will refund the cost of returning
the machine / stock to us provided there was an error on our part. If you simply decide that you
do not want the machine / stock anymore we will not be in a position to offer a refund.
Goods MUST BE unused and returned in their original condition & packaging.
Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we
reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging
that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
All Packages returned to us unclaimed via our couriers will be subject to reshipping charges as
defined on our delivery policy.
